Opening: Network Engineer

Requirements: Master’s in Telecommunication, Electronic Engineering or Related (US/Foreign)

Responsibilities: Design, engineer, and plan complex global data network and communications projects involving TCP/IP and related protocol connectivity (BGP4, VPN, Cisco, and Static routing); Analyze network issues to determine most efficient solution within minimal response time, to ensure operational continuity and configure & troubleshoot networks and Cisco/Juniper routers; Interview clients to gather and analyze networking needs; Provide highly available and functionally rich networking infrastructure to clients; Develop detailed solution design; Plan network environment to meet customers' objectives for network-based data processing; Work with internal and external clients to provide network security; Migrate existing routers to new network configuration, and upgrade applications’ code as required to ensure proper integration; Integrate new network systems in existing servers; Monitor and troubleshoot Data Connectivity; May be required to visit clients’ site to analyze networking issues.

 

Opening: Director, Product Development

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related + MBA in Management; or Bachelor’s in Management plus 5 years of IT experience.

Responsibilities: Consult with Project Leaders and Managers of business units to prepare project plans, including timeframes, resources and technologies required, to ensure the smooth completion of AdroIT’s projects; Review and analyze clients’ technical/business specifications to determine business flow; Draft, present and negotiate project proposals (schedule, funding, support in vendor decision and contract design), and evaluate short- and long-term technical staffing needs;  Manage development team, assign tasks and approve team/project changes;  Lead the development of new modules and products for AdroIT’s clients; Provide technical advice and guidance to Software Developers and Programmers for the development of various software modules; Supervise deployment of applications and software at client site; Gather technical requirements to prepare software architecture designs; Analyze existing software to incorporate new requirements; May visit clients’ site to supervise deployment of applications and software.
